Grand Mural Reveal starts with small teams and ends with one breathtaking artwork. Each team collects brushes, paint, a blank canvas and a diagram showing its part of the bigger picture, without seeing the full design.
Teams mix their paints to match the right colors and get to work on their canvas, following the diagram line by line. There is no need to be an artist, just a steady hand and a willingness to help.
They soon realize that the overall image will only succeed if they work with the teams around them, matching colors and lines wherever their canvases meet. Small details suddenly matter a lot.
After a short debrief, the moment arrives. The completed masterpiece is unveiled to everyone for the first time, and the reveal always brings loud cheers and applause.
