Duration

Half day, about 4 hours

Best time

Morning or afternoon

Group size

Small groups to convoys

Good for

Incentive trips, leadership teams

A different side of Hanoi

Jeep tours take guests away from the tourist center and into the everyday life around the city: the riverbanks, banana fields, craft villages and the century-old Long Bien Bridge. Riding in a convoy of open jeeps feels like an adventure, and it gives a team plenty to talk about at dinner.

Because each jeep holds a few guests, the tour naturally creates small mixed groups. We can turn the route into a light team challenge with photo missions or quiz stops, or keep it as a relaxed sightseeing ride.

What we take care of

  • Vintage-style jeeps with experienced local drivers
  • English-speaking guides and a lead coordinator
  • Route planned to your timing and pick-up point
  • Stops for photos, local snacks and drinks
  • Optional photo missions or quiz stops for teams
  • Safety briefing and a wet weather plan

How it runs

  1. You tell us your date, group size and what the team should get out of it.
  2. We suggest a route and the number of jeeps, and confirm the timings.
  3. Guests are picked up at the hotel and briefed before departure.
  4. The convoy rides out with stops along the way.
  5. Back at the hotel or on to lunch or dinner as planned.

Ways to use it

  • As a half-day incentive activity with lunch at a riverside restaurant
  • As a team challenge, with each jeep competing on photo missions
  • As a VIP experience for leadership or client guests before a gala evening

Pairs well with

Cyclo Tour

Contrast the jeep’s open roads with a slow ride through the Old Quarter.

Team Building Events

Add a team challenge to the same day.

Incentive Trips

Make it part of a two to four day program in Northern Vietnam.

Questions planners ask

How many guests fit in each jeep?

Usually up to three guests plus the driver. We confirm the exact number of jeeps in your proposal based on the group size.

Is the ride comfortable?

The jeeps are classic open vehicles, so expect a breezy and slightly bumpy ride. We avoid long stretches on rough roads and plan regular stops.

Can it run in the rain?

Light rain is fine with ponchos. In heavy rain or extreme heat we adjust the route or reschedule, and agree the backup plan with you before the event.

Can we add lunch?

Yes. We can end the tour at a restaurant or arrange a lunch stop along the way.
