Sample itineraries
These are starting points. Every program is adjusted to your dates, budget and group.
Hanoi and Ha Long Bay, 3 days
- Day 1 Hanoi: arrival, cyclo tour, water puppet show and welcome dinner
- Day 2 Ha Long Bay: transfer to the bay (about 2.5 to 3 hours by expressway), overnight cruise, kayaking and sunset on deck
- Day 3 Ha Long to Hanoi: morning on the bay, beach or resort team building, return to Hanoi
Hanoi and Ninh Binh, 2 days
- Day 1 Hanoi: morning team building, afternoon jeep tour, street food trail in the evening
- Day 2 Ninh Binh: limestone landscapes about 2 hours from Hanoi, boat trip, cycling between rice fields, lunch and return
Hanoi and Sa Pa, 4 days
- Day 1 Hanoi: arrival and welcome dinner
- Day 2 Sa Pa: transfer to the mountains (about 5 to 6 hours by expressway), afternoon walk
- Day 3 Sa Pa: trek through terraced valleys and villages, team challenge, gala dinner
- Day 4: return to Hanoi and departures

Questions planners ask
What is the best time of year for an incentive trip?
October to April is cooler and drier in the north, which suits Ha Long, Ninh Binh and Sa Pa. Summer is hot and humid with more rain, but resorts and the bay are still popular. We plan around the season.
Can you handle international arrivals?
Yes. We can arrange airport meet and greet, transfers and hotel check-in for groups arriving on different flights.
Do you arrange flights?
We focus on everything on the ground in Vietnam. If you need domestic flights, tell us and we will include options in the proposal.
Can the trip include a business session?
Yes. Many incentive programs include a half-day meeting or kick-off. We arrange the room and AV at the hotel or resort.
