We shortlist venues that fit your headcount and budget, plan the technical setup, build the stage and backdrop, and run the program on the day with a show caller and floor team. Your team building activities, city experiences and evening events then sit inside one schedule.

Questions planners ask
Do you only work in Hanoi?
Hanoi is our base. We also run events in Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Sa Pa and other destinations across Northern Vietnam.
Can you work with a venue we have already booked?
Yes. We can take care of only the AV, stage and program at a venue you have contracted yourself.
How early should we start planning?
For conferences and gala dinners above 100 guests, eight to twelve weeks is comfortable. The November to January year-end season books up fast, so earlier is better.
Do you provide an MC and entertainment?
Yes. We can arrange bilingual MCs, live bands, traditional performances and other entertainment as part of the program.
Can you combine the event with team building?
That is our specialty. Many clients run a team building program in the day and a gala dinner in the evening, planned and run by the same team.
