Hanoi experiences for corporate groups

Cyclo rides through the Old Quarter, vintage jeeps on the back roads, a private water puppet show and a street food trail, planned around your agenda, your headcount and your timing.

Built for company groups, not tourists

A conference or offsite in Hanoi is the perfect moment to show your people the city. The hard part is moving 40, 120 or 300 guests through narrow streets on time, keeping everyone together and making sure the evening still starts when it should.

We plan each experience as part of your event: start and end points near your hotel or venue, guides who brief the group in English, a lead coordinator who keeps the timing, and a plan B for rain. Every experience can run on its own, follow a team building session, or welcome VIP guests on arrival day.

Private Water Puppet Show

Vietnam’s thousand-year-old art form, with seats or a private performance reserved for your group.

Street Food Trail

A guided walk through the Old Quarter tasting pho, bun cha, egg coffee and more, in small groups with a local host.

About 2.5 to 3 hours · evening

Make it one evening

A popular plan for incentive groups and conference delegates:

  • 5:00 pm: cyclo ride around the lake and Old Quarter at golden hour
  • 6:30 pm: private water puppet show
  • 7:30 pm: dinner, from a street food trail to a seated gala dinner

We adjust the order, the pace and the transfers to your group size and hotel location.

Questions planners ask

How many people can join?

Experiences run for small leadership teams as well as large conference groups. For big groups we split guests into smaller waves with their own guide, then bring everyone back together at a fixed time.

Can you combine an experience with a team building program?

Yes. Many clients run a team building event in the morning and a city experience in the afternoon or evening. We plan the transfers and timings between them.

What happens if it rains?

Hanoi weather changes quickly, especially from May to September. Each plan has a wet weather option, such as rain ponchos on cyclos, a later slot, or swapping to an indoor experience.

Do you include guides and transfers?

We quote each experience with what your group needs: English-speaking guides, coordinators, entrance tickets, drinks, and coaches between your hotel and the start point. You see each item in the proposal.

How far ahead should we book?

For groups over 50 guests, or for dates around Tet and the year-end party season (November to January), please contact us at least four to six weeks ahead.
