Ha Long feels like a reward the moment guests arrive. It is close enough to Hanoi for a two or three day trip, and it offers two very different experiences: an overnight cruise among the islands, or a resort on the coast with space for team activities, meetings and gala dinners.
Cruise or resort?
Overnight cruise
A shared adventure: lunch on deck, kayaking or bamboo boats through lagoons, caves, sunset on the top deck and dinner on board. Best for incentive groups and smaller company trips. For larger groups, several boats can sail together, or vessels can be chartered for your company only.
Resort or hotel
Better for large groups, conferences and programs with big team building sessions and a gala. Many groups combine both: one night on the water, one night on land.

Sample three-day program
Day 1

Day 3
Morning on the bay, return to the harbor, beach team building, and back to Hanoi in the evening.
