Technical setup that fits the room and the program
The right AV depends on the room size, the ceiling, the stage position and what happens on stage. A CEO speech, a panel, a live band and an award show each need something different. Too little and the back rows cannot hear; too much and the budget goes on equipment nobody notices.
We plan the setup from your run of show, check it against the venue, and send you a clear equipment list before you confirm. On the day, our technicians install, test and run everything, and stay until the last guest leaves.

Can you work with the hotel’s in-house AV?
Yes. We can use what the venue provides and add only what is missing, so you do not pay twice.

Yes. We plan power, weatherproofing and sound coverage for beaches, gardens and resort lawns.
