An evening that means something

A great gala dinner is not just a good menu. It has a clear purpose, such as thanking the team, celebrating a milestone or recognizing top performers, and every part of the night supports it: the welcome, the CEO message, the awards, the games, the show and the moment everyone gets up to dance.

We write the run of show with you, minute by minute, and run it on the night with a show caller, a bilingual MC and a floor team, so your leaders can enjoy the evening with their people.

What we take care of

  • Theme, concept and run of show
  • Venue sourcing and menu coordination
  • Stage, backdrop, photo wall and decoration
  • Sound, lighting and LED screens with technicians
  • Bilingual MC, live band, dancers or traditional performers
  • Award segments, lucky draw and team games

How it runs

  1. You share the date, headcount, purpose and budget range.
  2. We propose a theme, venue options and a draft program.
  3. We finalize design, menu, entertainment and the run of show.
  4. Rehearsal on the day with your speakers and award presenters.
  5. We run the evening and take everything down afterwards.

A typical evening

  • 6:00 pm: welcome drinks and photo wall
  • 6:45 pm: opening show and welcome by the CEO
  • 7:00 pm: dinner with entertainment
  • 8:00 pm: awards and recognition
  • 8:45 pm: team games and lucky draw
  • 9:30 pm: band, dance floor and closing

Add a team building event earlier in the day and the gala becomes the celebration of everything the team achieved together.

Questions planners ask

When should we book a year-end party?

As early as possible. November to January is the busiest season for venues, bands and MCs in Hanoi, so eight to twelve weeks ahead is a good target.

Can you host bilingual events?

Yes. We arrange MCs who host in English and Vietnamese, and prepare scripts and slides in both languages.

Can you include awards and a lucky draw?

Yes. We prepare the award flow, music cues, trophies on request, and a lucky draw that keeps the room engaged.

Can the gala be outdoors?

Yes, at resorts or beach venues, with a wet weather backup agreed in advance.
