Finding the right room is more than capacity
A good venue has the right ceiling height for your stage and screen, breakout rooms close to the plenary, natural light for long sessions, space for coffee breaks and an outdoor area for team activities. It also needs to be easy to reach for your guests and flexible on setup times.
We start from your agenda rather than a hotel list. We then send a short shortlist with what each venue does well, its limits, and how your program would fit, so you can decide quickly.

Do you charge for venue sourcing?
Tell us your brief and we will explain how we work and what is included before you commit to anything.
Can you hold dates for us?
We can ask venues for a provisional hold while you decide, subject to each venue’s policy.
Do you work outside Hanoi?
Yes. We also source venues in Ha Long, Ninh Binh, Sa Pa and other destinations in Northern Vietnam for offsites and retreats.
Can you manage the whole conference?
Yes. Beyond the venue, we can handle AV, stage, registration support, team building, city experiences and evening events.
