About

Stolen Diamond Alibi opens with a mysterious video and some very bad news: your teams have been linked to the perfect robbery. They were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Now they have a limited time to get their story straight, working out exactly when they were at each place on the night of the heist. If they can also figure out who really took the diamonds, they will be cleared for good.

Every team carries a bag of items from that night. An app guides them from checkpoint to checkpoint, where they face photo and video tasks, cryptic questions, riddles and escape-room style puzzles, from ciphers and symbol swaps to hidden objects, strange smells and mysterious sounds.

Teams earn points for every correct answer and record time and location clues in their notebook. The highest score wins, but in the end every team must work together to name the true thief.

Learning outcomes

Escape-style games are a popular way to step outside your comfort zone, and Stolen Diamond Alibi brings that thrill to a flexible format that can be tailored to your goals.

Participants think creatively, communicate constantly and piece together clues that only make sense alongside others, so sharing information quickly becomes essential. Teams that split up smartly and regroup often finish strongest.

The challenges are deliberately varied, with puzzles, photos, videos, sounds, smells, songs, dances and even rhyme writing, so everyone has a moment to shine.

Acting in a new, unpredictable situation is great practice for real life. As the time limit approaches, suspense builds, strengths become obvious and people learn to stay calm and think clearly under pressure. It is a thrilling way to see how a team handles the unexpected.
