Design first, then build
We begin with your theme, your brand guidelines and the room. Our designers prepare a 3D mock-up of the stage, backdrop and key decoration, so you can see the result and approve it before anything is built.
On site, our crew works to the venue’s load-in times, coordinates with the lighting and sound team, and makes sure the stage is safe, stable and ready for rehearsal. After the event we dismantle everything and leave the venue as we found it.

Yes, at resorts, beaches and gardens, with weather protection planned in advance.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the size of the build. We agree load-in and dismantling times with the venue when we plan the event.
